Healthy Holiday Honey-Rosemary Salmon Glaze
Ingredients

2 tablespoons Buzz & Bloom Organic Non-GMO honey

1 lemon, zested

1/2 teaspoon rosemary, finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl. 
  2. Rub the glaze over your salmon filet, and let marinate for at least one hour.
  3. When ready to cook, preheat your oven to 400.
  4. Bake for 12-14 minutes, depending on thickness of your salmon.
  5. Serve over a bed of shaved brussels sprouts, celery, cranberries, and goat cheese.
  6. Top salmon with more glaze before eating.
  7. EAT UP.
